I phoned in to review my annual increase which I felt was a bit steep considering I have been a client for many years. I also needed to change my address as I'm moving and will no longer be parking my car in a garage. Ashley reviewed my policy and discounted my premium although there was still a bit of an increase due to no garage, it is still not as much as it would of have been. Thank you!
