I have recently opened an account with fnb and I have had endless problems! From giving me a card with my maiden name and not my married name, to them not scanning in my documents correcytly and now freezing my account because someone there is incompitant and cannot do their job! Nobody phoned to ask me for documents or tried to reslove the issue they just immediatley froze my account! Where have you ever herd that you can open an account without proof of residence!! Surely if you need documentation you phone the client to ask for it befor freezing their account! Its disgusting! Stay away from fnb brackenhurst. Its just one nightmare after the other!
