Thanks for the hassles

I checked my sons account to realize that its been frozen. Thanks for letting me know... I phoned the call centre to be told its frozen because of some or other government rubbish. Could not understand the representative. Now I must send proof of residence and ID (my son is 14 - no ID and no proof of residence) What a joke.
