NUMBER, I DID AND A CONSULTED BY THE NAME OF BUSI MTUNGWA CALLED ME AND WE DID AN APPICATION OVER THE PHONE AND SHE INFOREMD ME I DO QUALIFY AND ASKED ME WHAT PHONE I WANT AND ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND A COURIER COMPANY WILL CALL ME TO INFORM ME ABOUT DELIVERY OF THE PHONE WITHIN A WEEK. 2 WEEKS WENT BY I SEND A COMPLAINT THRU TO FNB AND A GENTLEMAN CALLED DERCLIN PRETORIUS CALLED ME AND INFORMED THAT BUSI WRONGFULLY INFORMED ME I CAN ONLY APPLY ONCE MY SEPT SALARY HAS GONE THRU. I THEN LOST IT WITH HIM AND TOLD HIM M TIRED OF THIS PILLAR TO POST AND I DEMAND MY PHONE. HE PROMISED TO SPEED UP THE PROCESS TO THE 6THSEPT&ESCALATE IT THE SUPERVISIOR FIONA SAMASUNDRAN. HE GAVE ME BOTH HIS NO.&FIONA'S WHICH THEY NEVER ANSWER AND HIS INCORECT EMAIL ADD. STL NO PHONE&COMMS
