Disappointing service all round

I have been sent from pillar to post just to get my phone and I called today to be told that they are out of stock and they will call me when they get new stock, whenever that is. I applied for a smartphone from FNB weeks ago and submitted all my documents timeously. I kept being told that my salary and debit order form was not in and I kept telling them that I sent it on the day I applied for the phone after I was told to do so by a consultant who called me. Then I was told that it was because they put a hold on my account and I should give my documents to the courier when I receive my card, he then refused to take them because no instruction was on his documents. Went into a branch where I spent a whole hour just filling in documents. Then I was told again that it was my debit order form, then I called the debit order department who then said that everything was already in order long ago. Called smart devices again to confirm what debit order said and they said everything is in order until I was called again to be told about THAT again. The lady understood and put my order in (She was nice). Got the sms and I was hopeful that I will get my phone this week but...
