Money hungry incompetince

I opened a check account for a spesific reason - to do internet banking
Not only does it still not work after the 3rd time i went to the bank,
They charged me an extra amount for not using the account. The this person
Phones and has the audasity to be an argugant, asking when i will pay the
Extra amount they charged me. No wonder all their business goes to other banks.
I will be sure to close both my accounts this weekend. Maybe i would actually use my account
If their services you pay for, worked!!!
