Beep Bank surely isn’t this Incompetent

In May this year I received a notification from FNB to collect my new Petro card at the Glen branch. After spending an hour at the info counter the clerk and the customer service manager informed me that my ID, of 13 years, is incorrect and they have attended special training from home affairs! No Card would be given to me. I contacted home affairs on 13/05/13 who told me FNB is talking rubbish. On the 15/05/13 I laid a complaint with FNB that if they could not resolve this issue and deliver the card to me, the account should be closed and my credit balance returned to me. Ref no 284135 and 284146. Nothing followed. A few weeks later I received a statement with Annual card fees on it. For a NOT received card!!! On the 17/7/13 I received a call from Selwyn George informing me they would reverse these annual fees for the year and instruct Complaints to courier the card to me. Nothing since. At the end of Jul I received a statement with R230 late payment fee interest. Further emails and complaints: SD1572968, SD1612429, SD1618931, David Mntambo, Shandre Myers. Today I received a Statement with a "In View Of Case 25806258" " same amount as the "NO CARD" Annual Fee. Resolve this!
