Those who follow this page will know that I have a long standing dispute with FNB re my personal loan. Well imagine my surprise when I checked the my statement and saw that FNB had in fact charged me more interest on the account despite the fact that my out standing balance had in fact decreased. I find this strange as according online banking the interest rate is fixed at 20%. So as FNBs accountants have failed maths at school and I had one of their representatives claim that a life insurance policy was not a life insurance policy I would suggest you look for a personal loan else where.
