FNB does it again! I find it very difficult to understand, why FNB can send you sms's and email's for incontact for every other transaction other than the transactions that they sneakily add in, hoping you do not notice! Whilst browsing my credit card statement I notice a R200 charge for an annual ebucks fee, over and above the monthly credit card fee and petrol card fee. Clearly this annual ebucks fee was not mentioned previously in any of correspondence or interaction with FNB. Aftersome investigation the only place this is mentioned is on the ebucks website, surely this would be clearly marked on the credit card terms and conditions as it directly affects this account balance.
Why FNB?? Why cant you be honest and clear when it comes to your fees?? I hate that I have to scrutinise my bank statement monthly to check if you have ripped me off again!
