EXTREMLY HIGH ANNUAL CARD FEES

I was billed R445 for annual card fees on a Gold Credit card. I was advised by the consultant that I am paying R310 for the 1st card and an additional R135 for the linked card. When I asked why it was so high, she advised me that she could not answer that question and that I had to e-mail their customer service dep which I then did.
1st e-mail 03/05, 2nd e-mail 6/05, 3rd e-mail 10/05, 4th e-mail 14/05 - NO REPLY!!!
The bank bills you for all transfers done, money drawn, insufficient funds, late pmt and interest. If you add this up it becomes very costly for the client and you receive NO customer service at all.
I recently switched from silver to gold. I could not DO ANY transactions on my cards as they had to transfer my funds and balances over from the one card to the other. I was then billed a R220 for insufficient funds and NO ONE can tell me what is was for and I had credit but it was blocked, I could not even make a pmt. I received SMS'es from the bank stating that I had credit but in actual fact when I called in there was no credit available. I was put through to 5 different people... how is that for customer service? FNB has a slogan "how can we help you" MAKES ME WONDER!!!
