I've had r8000.00 left in my bank account. So I wanted to withdraw some money, but there was none left in my account, it blows my mind, coz no one else have acces to my card except me. I withdrawn bank statements and it indicates thT on 1day someone withdrawn a r5000 at 3 different times. That withdrawel was made on the 12th of july, the next was made on the 18th, 24th and the last bit, 6th of august. U know what strikes me about this? The withdrawels are made 6days after da last date, except for the last one. I went inside the bank to enquire about this, one of da ladies, gave me bad attitude, telling me why I'm only coming now, it must've been one of my children, while my card is with me24/7, I was so upset, coz that's a very stupid remark and oh asking me y I only come now its so long ago! Huh?? Does it matter?? Shudn't they b able to assist me?? And aint there any ways they can assist me, cause I don't wanna leave things like this. R8000.00 is NOT R8.00!! Here's too many rumours about this specific branch, clients moving to another bank, cause their money got lost, I simply can't afford to leave it as it is. Pls pls assist me with this.they say they can't help me:-(
