AN UPGRADE APPLICATION DONE 07/03/2013

On the 07/03/2013 I had an appointment with Cathreen Pilane (prestige banker) who called me prior the date explaining bank charges i am currently paying on Elite cheque account that was double compared to Prestige account i was offered.she suggested to upgrate my account to Prestige to save cost and bring back cash back in my pocket by migrating me to the prestige account, time frame for 7 to 10 working days for my card to be received by given. time passed and nothing happened as promised/ upgrade never took place. on the 08/04/2013 send an email to query time spend on migration or upgrade to prestige and card delivery was taking too long and bank charges on Elite account being heavy to service. ref. 33246240 was given . i send onother email to Cathreen Pilane, to find out why prestige account was not captured? i was told by her that the matter was escalated to SBSA IT dept. to resolve the matter because everytime she did upgrade automatically account default back to Elite acc. since April 2013 never had feedback. now my bank charges must be write off on elite account starting from the date of ugrade to prestige and be linked with Prestige account starting from 07/03/2013 till now
