To whom It May concern

I have been a std bank customer since nineties before I even started work. Today I am a prestige customer but not enjoying any benefit that comes with the package and the service fees. I have had so many frustrations with Standard Bank and I have forever been thinking of changing this Bank, my latest is with the new prestige banker allocated to me, Ms Cathreen Pilane. Since 2012, after they changed Caroline Basini, I have sent Cathreen emails, tried to call, I have never managed to get a better service from her. i have been looking for her the past 3 weeks, I send her an email for which I received an Out of Office notice which promise to contact me within 24 hours, but to this day, I have not gotten the service I need. after I send an email threatening that if she does not call I will report her, she called and I was in another meeting, she promised to call around four that day but up to today, nothing. I have called prestige bank customer service so many times but the help i need is for the Prestige banker. I cannot just walk inside the bank as i need to make an appointment with her. My bank does not know how she deals with its customers, who cares?
