I took a contract phone with them over the phone and it was delivered to me at work. 2 weeks later i lost my phone and i called them if they can trace it, i was told they don't have those services i must phone cell-c of which i did and cell-c told me i don't have contract with them bay-port are the people that should help you. i called them again and the lady that answered the phone told me there is nothing they can do beside sending me a form to fill and they will block the phone. then i also wanted to know if can't they replace it and i was told i'm not insured and i will have to maintain monthly payments. I'm very unhappy paying something i don't use, the lady that sold me the phone should have ask me to take insurance if then don't offer it on their contracts.
