Third time with NO feedback

I have called Standard Bank three times to upgrade my account from Elite to Prestige, and I have been told each time a consultant would call me and no-one does! I have all my accounts with Standard Bank and have now started comparing this pathetic service with other banks. To my surprise, all the other banks contacted me within 3 days, and yet the bank I have my accounts with don't bother.
