Prestige not so Prestige

I went to Standard bank In pretoria Central to update my Address and i was offered an upgrade from Gold cheque to Prestige and i was told that i would receive my cards in 5-7 working days it is 3 weeks down the line i still have not received the cards. i called the Prestige number and the consultant i spoke to tells me he doesnt see any upgrade on the system and that he will do it on his side and it will take 15days for me to get the cards so wich means it is another 2 weeks which equals to 5 weeks just to get cards! now how is that Prestige service? i am using my old faded blue card because i was told that the Gold card wont work because of the upgrade this is very disappointing! how are we moving forward if this is the kind of service I get as a client
