PATHETIC SERVICE EVER!!!

company: MDSC call centre, division of blue bean (apparently)

i was sold a silver credit card this week, the agent was more interested in his sale as you could hear by the tone in his voice, on call he had told me that the card will be delivered to the standard bank in my area.
an agent will call me back in 24 hours, i gave strict instructions for the call to be made at 11am!!!
the call was made at 4pm the next day and i could not answer, then the call was only made again today around 2pm!!! only to be told that the card will not be delivered to the bank of choice and the validation agent was very unprofessional and he clearly could be interested in anything!!!

i dare you to listen to both calls
the validation agent could not be interested in the work address as i have even given.

theres no point in having an outsourced call centre when they can not carry out their duty properly and they caused me to panic as they said that they did not have the branch of my choice address to deliver the card and also by the unprofessional manner, this didnt even sound legit at all.

UPSET/DISAPPOINTED AND REALLY DISGUSTED!!!
