I got a call from your call centre on the 4th of July to activate my U Count Rewards Card. I gave the call centre agent my new address as they still had my old address on your system. She updated it. I then sent in a query regarding the deliver of my card on the 23rd of Jul where I got told that it's going to my old address (I've moved 7 years ago). So they re-routed the card to my new address. This means that I need to wait another 21 days for my card to be delivered. Why don't you deliver these cards to the branches so people can collect it themselves? It will be much quicker. You've got all these fantastic campaigns running but we can't benefit without the card.
