Approximately 4 weeks ago I called the Standard Bank Ucount call centre to enquire why my Ucount Rewards Card had not been delivered as it has been 4 months since activation of my reward benefit. I was told by the call centre agent that the card had been sent in error to Port Elizabeth. I requested that the card be sent to me in Durban. I have called numerous times thereafter to get a status report and every time I get the same run around and a different story. Every call that is made the agent tells me that the card is with courier company and that the courier company cannot be contacted. I spoke to anagent Olivia who is stillfollowing up for me but has since not called me. I sent 4 emails to themand have only had 2 responses. The next agent that wanted to assist me was Mishka Africander, he ask that I give them a chance to remedy the situation and promised me that the card will bein my possession by Friday 27/12/2013 or Monday 30/01/2014 . He went o further to say that if the card is not delivered within that time frame that I should contact him, I have tried to no avail. I called this morning and I spoke to Bianca at the call centre who promised to call me at 09:30 but hasn't.
