FNB CARD DIVISION-BAD SERVICE AND ATTITUDE

I would like to lodge a complaint against FNB Card Division for the bad service and bad attitude from all three agents that Ispoke to from 14h30-15h08 this afternoon.

Over the weekend I lost my wallet which had my drivers license along with my FNB Platinum Cheque card, Petrol card and Credit card. I reported the matter yesterday however forgot to enquire from the agent if there was any transaction that took place just after realising that my wallet is lost. This afternoon around 14h34 i made a call to the Lost/ to enquire about this, the agent transferred the call to another department, held on till i hung up. I dialled again and got through to an agent, i explained the reason for my call, he then said he cant help me i need to dial 0875759404, got through to another agent that wanted me to verify my card numbers and to confirm last transaction made on the Cheque card. I gave her my full names, address and cell number, she then asked when last i used the card. i told her i cannot recall for i have been using my credit card recently, she then said i must hold on for her, i waited listening to that frustrating music till 15h08, she never came back. i hung up. what do i do
