Ad, terrible no care attitude

I walked into FNB on Tuesday 10 September 2013 at 15h31 to tellers. tried to open door. door was closed, staff on inside just stared at me. the rest of the bank was still in operation as there was clients in the bank with main doors wide open. This just shows lack of service levels and poor management.
Sort out your issues asap.
