To whom this might apply.
This is not the first tie this happens. As you advertise your business hours are till 10pm on a Saturday. Previous times when we arrive there between 21:15 and 21:30, the staff closed the doors and are cleaning inside and just refuse to help us. On the Saturday evening of the 23 Feb'13, my Fiance, a friend and myself went to your branch at 21:40 for dinner. When we arrived there your front doors were closed. We drove around to the Drive through area and they were already changing the boards to the breakfast menus. When we got to the window we asked if we can still go to the front for service as we did not know what we wanted and the lady there said we can come in. And so we did. When we came to the door there was a lady cleaning the floors and she just shouted 'GO AWAY'. As we stood there everyone inside just laughed and stared at us refusing to open the door. This was now at 21:45. We drove around to the drive through and demanded for the manager. He just stood there with a mouth full of teeth and did nothing about it. We left there at 21:55 and doors were still closed. I want a report from someone on this matter please or should we go to the papers?
