On the 28 december 2013 we reached the store at 16:53 and the security closed the door. We begged them to open, but the manager refused. We told her it was before 17:00 but still they ignored us and wouldn't open the doors. The manager also saw us and could not be bothered!!! Why is there a sign on the door that shows they close at 17:00 only but yet they decide to close whenever it suits them?
