I was at this branch 20/8/13 just before closing time. I heard someone clapping their hands loudly and then saw a staff member using this method to let all customers know that it was closing time and told another customer that is was closing time and as the staff member walked away, she clapped her hands again. This to me is very unprofessional! I decided not to buy anything (this was my payday) and proceeded to the doors. They were closed already and with nobody there to open, I decided to wait for the customer that was paying so that were would leave at the same time. She made her way towards the doors and still there was no-one to let us out. She tried to open the doors and eventually a staff member shouted to her from behind the teller counter which one to open and still she struggled to find the correct door, but eventually did. I left after her and as I closed the door, someone decided to come to the door, probably to lock it. This is extremely unprofessional and is a sign of poor personal values from all staff present as no-one was willing to assist. I do hope that this never happens again, 'cause things like this causes damage to the brand.
