Highly frustrated

On Friday I did a loan application at your N1 branch everything went well and they were very friendly and helpfull. On Monday I signed the contract and received my card and that is where the problems started, the credit department.

My wife already have a loan and a card from african bank and it is going of my bank account cause all our debit orders is coming off their. My income is for all the payments and her income is for living cost ans it seems like african bank has a problem with that.

They requested a letter from the bank to state that the specific bank account was I my name, no probs I went to the bank and after n few call to the branch I just founded out that the cerdit department has a problem with the letter about a date of opening the bank account.

At this specific moment im ill in bed with a abses just below my eye. You know what I refuse to go the my bank to tell them that the letter that I received from then is incomplete acording to african bank.

African bank do have all my wifes details they've got my details, do the investigation.

Tomorrow will be exactly a week what happend to the advertising in the branches off a 24hour payout.
