I went to the branch to apply for a loan, i have to say the consultant was quite prompt in terms of assisting me but somehow my application just seemed delayed somewhere. African Bank really promises service excellence. Their main business is loan application processing and it should not after the branch has approved you, take so long to process the loan into your account, and in any case the purpose of you going to them is because you are in urgent need and they should respond accordingly.
