Money paid not allocated on my account

On the 1st of December 2012 i used an easy pay number to pay installments for both my accounts with African bank at a Pik n Pay. it is now 9 months and the R800 R704 have not yet been allocated to my accounts, so its like i've thrown money away. I've tried following up, and sent the proof of payment a lot of times as they have asked me to. but i dont get any help. my account numbers are as follows: 1063778001, and 1063778002.
