First I get a phone call from the most arrogant female I have ever dealt with over a phone. She doesn't bother to enquire if it is convenient to discuss the matter, just simply DEMAND immediate payment or arrangements.
When I decline a debit order and explain that I don't like debit orders because then money is just taken at free will, she tells me if I pay my bills it would not happen!!??? I request her details and she slams the phone down.
Now, some hours later, I discover that a HUGE SUM of money has been RESERVED as outstanding funds, leaving me with an almost empty bank account!!!???
Just what sort of people work in an organisation that tries to make other banks look stupid in various advertising campaign, then treat their customers like this???
I will be visiting my branch in person tomorrow morning regarding this "" and arrogance
