I would like to lodge a formal enquiry into the activities or non - payment of installments on my account. My name is Samuel J Bosman, Identity number 641011 5152 089.
I do receive monthly statements from African Bank via SMS and was concerned at the no change in account balance. Upon enquiry (end November 2012) at African Bank, it came to light that my account was last paid at the end of April 2012. This was a great concern to me since R800.00 are deducted directly from my salary by means of a garnishee and paid to the collector, Snyman and Partner (Creditworx).
Since the beginning of June 2012, my account reflects a balance of R1881.00 which would have been paid off in 6 months even if Snyman and Partners had paid a small amount of R350.00 per month. What happened to my money? No payments had been made to African Bank (April 2012 till November 2012). What happened To My Money? Please, i need a refund.
