For the last 6 months my husband and I have struggled to get a card we can both use for daily groceries. First they gave him a secondary cheque account and I got a secondary card. When my cheque card was retained at a store we realised that didn't work. Turns out it was not possible to have two cheque cards and all they'd done was re issue me with my cheque card. Another card was swallowed by an ATM becuase they then cancelled the wrong account. They then cancelled my husbands origional cheque card instead of the secondary one. Some randon person was also linked to our savings account without our knowledge. Finally we were told that we could get a Puresave account with a secondary card and all the other accounts they up seemd to be fine. Except I couldn't see any of them on internet banking. The puresave cards have never worked and are always declined whenever we try to use them. We've even been to a branch three times in one day and when the cards still didn't work after each and every one of our accounts were reloaded we were told to wait 24 hours. They still don't work, and I'm just sick and tired of visiting your branches after 6 months.
