Once again credit card is hot or warmed

Well I went to the branch to have my credit card replaced. I firstly went to the Diepkloof square branch on Saturday. I was immediately told that the person responsible for credit cards is not at work so I had to go to the Baragwanath branch where I spent close to three hours trying to resolve the matter. After a while I was told that the card was replaced and warmed. I was told that cannot get the card because it was a risk. We then went to a manager of the branch she managed to activate the card so I left. I tried to use the card but it told about a processing error. Monday I phone the branch and i'm now told it will only work on Friday. This is just unacceptable. Please do not make your problems my problems. I pay a lot of money for this card I want it to work. African bank branches are useless on weekends. I am very disappointed. I'll remember this when I want to get credit. Thank you for coming to the rescue in my time of need. Thank very much.
