I have been using my debit card for the past week as my cheque card does not work! When I swipe my card it shows "Pin OK" at all the merchant machines, but declines immediately thereafter. i went to the Woodmead branch yesterday and the service consultant advised me to reset my pin at the Autoplus machine. When I tried to use it again today, it declined once more. What an inconvienience! And to get through to the card division call centre is another nightmare!!! I urgently need assistance.
