BAD BAD SERVICE

I called since Monday morning for someone to call me back. I have maybe all together spend and hour on the phone with 10 different people.. I phoned again this morning and spoke to Eunice in call center. She did not want to put me through to a manager and also did not want to assist in someone calling me back. This company has the worst customer service ever.
