Last week I complained about money being debited out of my account without my consent. Later that day, I received a call from Old Mutual to inform me that they had received my complaint and would investigate. A couple of days later, I was refunded the full amount followed by a call to confirm that I had received the money. The consultant also informed that an investigation was being conducted and they would get back to me.
I am happy with the response I received and look forward to hearing from Old Mutual soon.
