Last week I logged a complaint about waiting for a 3rd party claim to be honored... I actually got my dates incorrect... the accident happened in September and not in October which now makes it 2 months that I'm waiting to be paid!
Since my complaint on Hello Peter a week ago... I received 1 email and that from Hello Peter to inform me that Mutual & Federal will investigate the matter.
One often hear stories about insurance companies that is just there to take your money but in the event of a claim
they give you up hill!
I can now say I have first hand experience!
