This is now month 3 that i have been debited the day before I get payed, last month I laid a complaint and Darren was suppose to sort this out, well its not, again old mutual tried to debit me the day before i got paid resulting in a non-payment, a few days later i received a call from old mutual telling me my account was in arrears, Cant believe this, Im in arrears what a cheek, the money came out the next day, the only reason it keeps reflecting that im a late payer is that old mutual cant get their debit date right, this has now affected my ITC score and any future credit i wish to take, this is totally unacceptable the service i have received is utterly disgusting, I must now suffer through the utter pathetic service i have received from consultants and managers and old mutual, I think its time i take legal action, as this seems the only way this will get sorted out, truly regret ever dealing with old mutual!!!
