HAVE NO FEELINGS

On the 2nd of August while busy with the preparation of my wife's funeral I received a call about my account being in arrears and the lady who contacted me was very demanding even after I said I will settle the account before the 15th as I am busy with the arrangements of my late wife's funeral arrangements. I paid as promised before 15 th and received a call from lawyers saying I have been handed over by Discovery on the 16th, so I easked the lady whom I was handed over to if this is right if I have explained that I have a situation as mentioned then said NO. On the 17th another lady from discovery contated me and said I can see we contacted you on the 2nd August and I said correct now go and listern to the conversation that u recorded as you always say then come back to me. Which never happened. How can they be so uncoldfull I really really feel hurt and disrespected. I can't wait to close the acount and cancel my medical aid by the end the year and go over to another medical aid scheme.
