Poor Service

I recently applied for a loan at old mutual, the consultant said i will have an answer within 48hrs, this was on the13/08/13 and today 22/08/13 still nothing. I informed him i was on a 4 year contract and later he says i said i was permanent. This week my banking details were a problem as Old mutual could not confirm my account, i got confirmation from the bank and sent it to him and he still has not called. The consultant does not respond to my emails, says he will call me but does not and does not let me know how much i need this money. I woyuld really like feedback regarding my application
