Poor and Bad Service

I had a life cover policy with old mutual in order to replace my bond cover. When i called the bank to replace my other policy they said they do not recognise the Old Mutual policy because it did not cover me for my bond comprehensively. I then cancelled my life cover with Old Mutual Greenlight and took another one with Sanlam. Sanlam provided me with a cheaper policy and with more value. Now i cancelled my policy with old mutual in January and the cancellation was processed. I even received a confirmation email that my contract was cancelled. Now on 26 March 2013 i received an email that thanked me for requesting to revive my contract 16670841. I never requested to revive my contract and they went ahead and debited my account on the 02 April 2013 without my consent. I find this kind of service pathetic. And their sales people come across as desperate.

I have been done a dis-service and I'm not happy at all. I want my refund asap. I plan my finances and now am on a back foot thanks to Old Mutual.
