Clearly i must close my account, really. Last week i went to Brits Branch to get a new card as i lost my other card, they didn't't wanted to help me still after i told them i only had my license ad proof and told them i had lost my ID together with my card, Fine i drove back to boksburg close to the Airport as i was flying to Germany the same night, i had then taken my passport with and the system was off-line. 1 hour later they have issued a card and i have CLEARLY stated this to them that i don't want to be stuck in Europe they must give me a visa cards that is working. Saturday morning i was unable to draw cash the i tried to use the internet banking to transfer, i was also unable to login and i had to borrow money, the bad thing is i tried to call the call centre and it takes for ever and i have in-cured high telephone bill form overseas, also had to do a overdraft from my Capitec account, they will have to pay my phone bill and all interest from this overdraft or else i will close this account .sick and tired, off and still stuck its day 4 today.
