Don't know their own banking details

Short/summarized version

Applied for a SAA Voyager Premium Amex Card, you stuffed me around for approx 4 weeks.
(Didn't get back to me, Said a lease contract is valid proof of residence, then not, then again, then not - eventually got that sorted out after lots of phonecalls and runaround)

Do 2 purchases on the card, get my first bill - no banking or transfer details on the statement.
I phone the call centre on 3 different occasions and on 3 different occasions I am given the INCORRECT EFT transfer details to pay my account.

Not content with this I decided I want nothing further to do with nedbank and want to close my account.

December holidays come and go. As soon as i'm back home I go to a nedbank branch to manually pay and close my account.

I then get told I have to pay the R1700 annual card fee as well to close my account.
(The whole reason i'm closing the account is because of nedbank's uselessness)

Then I speak to the branch manager, who btw also failed the first time to get the correct banking details and agrees it's not fair to pay the annual card fee as i've been stuffed around.

Still waiting for an outcome a week later??
