I called and asked for R1000.00 to be deducted off my account due to the month I skipped and the rest to be deducted in February. The R1000.00 was deducted but no further deductions done. In March I called again and no deductions were made. I decided to write an email to customer service and up to this day I have not received any feedback. This is affecting me financially as interest is being added every month. What must 1 do to get Wesbank staff to give service to their customers?
