Good day,

I have a contract Wesbank. In 2011 a maintenance warranty refund was sent back to Wesbank so that it could be deducted from my debt. This was not done. At the time I was promised a 12% interest. never happened. I need assistance with this. I've been liasing with the Wesbank consultant but this hasn't been resolved.
