Flexicell deducted money from my account from 15 August 2012 and did not have my approval. I've got 2 cellphone contracts and do not need Flexicell!! The total amount Flexicell deducted from August till now - R792-00!!! And even double deducted the amount February 2013. Every transaction made on my account, I received a sms - both for deductions and deposits. I had a look at my bank statements yesterday and that was when I've seen the deduction of R99-00. I want my money back WITH INTEREST, otherwise I will open a case against Flexicell.
