I have now seen similar complaint regarding these deductions and I know for a fact that have not subscribed to anything on my cell phone and randomly deductions of R17.55 gets deducted from my Account. This is absurd any is costing me a lot of money and i honstly can not see for what is is deducted for.
I have already send a complaint to the cell C helpdesk and have not reveiced any assistance since friday last week (02 August 2013)
This is not the first time that I had bad service from Cell C and if this does not get resolved ASAP, they will loose another customer!
