I financed my car with wesbank and paid it for 60 months and apparantly i skipped on instal and my acc was 1 month in arrears they have been deducted from my acc monthly and when the deal expired my account was send to legal for that one instalment and i was not even aware my account is in arrears as no one from wesbank called me, i thought i finished paying my car and when i looked at my itc profile i see wesbank listed me, i called them several times no one seems to be willing to assist . bad service i have been a loyal customer paid car for 60 months and they list me for 1 month arrears i feel they dont approciate their clients its all about profits how much did they gain from interest
