I had an accident on the 21st of December 2012 and my car has not even been moved from the AA tow-yard as Sachin has paid the wrong account at the AA and they therefore will not release my vehicle. I have requested a courtesy car because of the delays being due to their fault, of for the reimbursement of the car hire expenses that i have been subjected to, but i am being completely ingored in my requests.
I have never received such bad service and i doubt that this complaint on HelloPeter will even be attended to.
