Etana Insurance
No Reimbursement For Almost 6 months

I was involved in an accident whereby a lady drove into the rear end of my vehicle.

A few days later I lodged the a claim with my insurance company Accensure (Etana) and my insurance company requested that I pay R2500 for my excess/access.

I had to fork out R2500.00 for something which was not my fault.

The lady who drove into me has her insurance with Santam. To date my insurance broker is still awaiting my monies to be paid back in order to repay me.

It has now been a few months and my broker has informed me that they are waiting on Santam to pay out.

Furthermore, a representative of Santam has indicated that Accensure (Etana) haven't submitted my claim to Santam until last week when I posted a HellpPeter complaint.

So apparently SANTAM has done their bit but now my insurance company is letting me down.

Do you think this is fair???

This needs to be resolved. I want my money back...
