Transaction on my Credit Card

We were away in Elgin from Wednesday 04/09/2013 and returned home on Friday 06/09/2013 and the telephone reception was really weak. I received sms notifications at 15H35 and had received a OTP at 14H08 from Nedbank to complete an internet purchase. I had not been making a purchase so immediately phoned your 086555111 number to notify them. After a number of failed attempts due to bad reception, I got through and spoke with a lady who listened to my story, checked my credit card and told me that no amounts were showing as outstanding so I DIDN'T NEED TO BE CONCERNED ABOUT IT! I unfortunately wasn't given a reference number for this conversation but I know it was recorded so all details can be investigated. She also didn't advise me to cancel my credit card so I was confident that all was well. It turns out - from subsequent conversations with your call centre - that she didn't even flag my account with a query and also just stated that it was a OTP query NOT mentioning anything about me being concerned regarding an attempt at an internet purchase.
