As a person who also works in the service industry, I was well pleased with the way in which Preneil answered my questions, objections and finally (after many calls) finding the right product for me at a price I feel was fair and market related. He never once missed a call back time, was always professional and has a good understanding of the products offered, in what has become a very complex industry.
